Manager of Education
Natalia Winberry brings more than 15 years of nonprofit experience to NBDF, beginning her career as an AmeriCorps VISTA focused on community outreach. Since then, she has worked across a range of nonprofit organizations and issue areas, from community development to education to case management and direct services. In addition, Natalia has volunteered on development projects internationally, applying a sustainability focused and community led approach to her volunteer work. She holds a graduate degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University, where she focused on strengthening nonprofit accountability.
