Kymm Shaw
Program Manager

Kymm Shaw is the program manager of the National Bleeding Disorders Chapter Idaho, where she is focused on education and programs. Before joining NBDF, she proudly served as the executive director of Snake River Hemophilia & Bleeding Disorders since 2021, where she oversaw all operations, programs, and community initiatives. She is deeply passionate about bringing people together and fostering a strong, supportive family within the bleeding disorders community.

In addition to her nonprofit work, she owned and operated a preschool for 19 years, an experience that shaped her love for education, connection, and nurturing growth in others. She lives with her husband, Milo and their three children, on a small farm where they raise chickens, cows, pigs, and goats. “Country living truly feeds my soul.”
