Halli Benasutti is the Director of Research Grants at NBDF, where she oversees the foundation’s research grant programs, including the Excellence Fellowships, the Judith Graham Pool Postdoctoral Research Fellowships, and the Sanofi-sponsored Career Development Awards. She also focuses on grant funding to support research initiatives, including the Bleeding Disorders Research Collaborative and Community Voices in Research. With more than a decade of experience in laboratory research and grant writing, she is dedicated to collaboration between patients, caregivers, health care providers and researchers to create a more cohesive and inclusive health care future. Halli holds a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Washington, where she specialized in gene therapy and science communication.
