Elizabeth H. Fung, PhD, LCSW, was a senior social worker for 34 years at Lurie Children's Hospital (formerly known as Children's Memorial Hospital Hemophilia) Bleeding Disorders clinic in Chicago until 2012. Elizabeth was an adjunct faculty member at Loyola School of Social Work. Since retiring from the hospital, she has maintained a part-time private practice focusing on stress management. Elizabeth is a past recipient of the National Hemophilia Foundation’s Social Worker of the Year award and the "Walking in our shoes" award from the Bleeding Disorders Alliance Illinois.
