Bleeding Disorders Foundation of North Carolina Education Scholarships

These scholarships are administered by the Bleeding Disorders Foundation of North Carolina. Applicants are not required to be—nor is any preference given to—residents of North Carolina. 

Eligibility

1. Optum® Infusion Pharmacy Scholarship
   1. Multiple awards of $500 to $3000
   2. Eligibility: Applicant may be any person affected by a bleeding disorder, including a family member of someone diagnosed with a bleeding disorder (see candidate criteria in the section below)
   3. Funded by Optum Infusion Pharmacy
2. George D. McCoy Education Scholarship
   1. $1000 award
   2. Eligibility: Applicant must be diagnosed with mild, moderate, or severe Hemophilia A
   3. Funded by Bleeding Disorders Foundation of North Carolina

Any applicant diagnosed with hemophilia A is automatically considered for both scholarships.
